Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment workflows to ensure timely and accurate disbursements
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams to resolve payment issues
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Prepare month-end closing reports and assist with audits
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation for compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- AP certification (CAPP or equivalent) preferred
