Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Manage payment cycles including check runs, ACH transfers, and wire payments
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment issues proactively
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and NetSuite systems
- Conduct month-end closing activities and support audits
- Optimize AP processes using automation tools and best practices
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, NetSuite, or ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in payment processing and reconciliation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
