Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Lead month-end closing activities related to AP functions
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven experience in high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
