Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow and early payment discounts
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to resolve vendor inquiries
- Implement process improvements using SAP and NetSuite ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP subledger
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in high-volume transaction processing (10k+ invoices/month)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
