Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors
- Optimize invoice processing workflow using Oracle ERP system
- Conduct 3-way matching and resolve payment discrepancies
- Led month-end close activities and reconciliation tasks
- Implement process improvements reducing processing time by 20%
- Collaborate with procurement and audit teams on compliance
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (Oracle SAP)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven experience with procure-to-pay cycles and automation
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
