Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors
- Optimize invoice processing cycle time using SAP and Oracle systems
- Conduct three-way matching and resolve payment discrepancies
- Lead month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements using automation tools (e.g., Coupa)
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain vendor master data and payment terms accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expertise in SAP FI and Oracle AP modules
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements
- Experience with electronic payment systems (ACH, wires)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
