Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment execution
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow and maintain vendor relationships
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Prepare month-end closing reports and AP aging analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with month-end closing and financial reporting
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
