Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, correct coding, and necessary approvals.
- Perform daily reconciliations of vendor statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage the entire accounts payable ledger within our ERP system (NetSuite/SAP).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding payments and invoices.
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Implement and maintain strict internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.
- Digitize and organize physical and digital documentation for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite is highly preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data modeling).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal control best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
