Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice verification, coding, and processing
- Conduct bi-weekly vendor payment reconciliation and fraud analysis
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite and Coupa ERP systems
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP ledger reconciliation
- Develop process improvement initiatives reducing processing time by 20%+
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of accounts payable management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and 1099 processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
