Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies with exceptional communication skills
- Reconcile vendor statements and conduct monthly AP account reconciliations
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Experience with high-volume invoice processing and payment systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
