Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliation
- Analyze financial data to optimize payment cycles and implement cost-saving strategies
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams to resolve payment discrepancies
- Develop and maintain internal controls for AP processes ensuring SOX compliance
- Leverage NetSuite and QuickBooks to automate workflows and reduce processing time
- Lead month-end closing activities and AP reporting for executive stakeholders
- Train junior staff on AP best practices and system utilization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with multi-state operations
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven track record implementing AP automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial data
- Experience with SOX 404 compliance and internal controls
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
