Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize invoice-to-payment cycle using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement and audit teams for compliance
- Lead month-end closing activities and AP reconciliations
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with high-volume processing
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- SAP/Oracle AP module proficiency
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Experience with 3-way matching and T&E audits
