Responsibilities
- End-to-end invoice processing and 3-way matching for 500+ monthly transactions
- Vendor payment optimization via dynamic discount capture and early payment strategies
- Month-end close support with AP reconciliations and accrual management
- Process automation implementation using RPA tools (UiPath/Blue Prism)
- Internal audit coordination and compliance documentation maintenance
- AP workflow redesign initiatives targeting 20% efficiency improvement
- Cross-departmental collaboration with procurement and treasury teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 4+ years AP specialization
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Proven experience implementing AP automation solutions
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and 1099 processing
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
