- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors
- Process high-volume invoice matching and payment approvals
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize workflow using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP modules
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Implement process improvements using Power BI analytics
- Ensure SOX compliance for all financial transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in high-volume accounts payable roles
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expert-level Excel skills with pivot table mastery
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and audits
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills across departments
