- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP)
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Implement process improvements to reduce processing time by 20%
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
- Mentor junior AP team members on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP/NetSuite ERP implementation experience
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
