Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Oversee month-end closing activities and AP reporting
- Conduct vendor audits and negotiate payment terms
- Mentor junior AP team members on best practices
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP implementation experience required
- Certification in AP (e.g., CAPP) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
