Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions (100+ invoices daily) with 98% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Execute 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for month-end closes
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and SAP systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in AP automation tools (Concur, Bill.com, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
