Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize invoice processing workflow using SAP and Concur systems
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Manage vendor master data and payment terms negotiation
- Implement process improvements to reduce processing time by 20%
- Train junior AP staff on compliance and system protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Concur, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot tables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven track record of reducing processing costs
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and 1099 reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
