Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, data entry, and payment execution.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ERP system (NetSuite/SAP).
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with accounting software (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
