Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processing, including invoice verification, coding, and data entry.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency with AP software (e.g., AvidXchange, NetSuite, QuickBooks) is required.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
