Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process high volumes of invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform monthly accounts payable reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding issues.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding billing inquiries, payments, and statement reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including accruals and journal entries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
