- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Implement workflow automation using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage 3-way matching for procurement transactions
- Oversee tax compliance and 1099 reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Train junior AP staff on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- ERP system expertise (SAP or Oracle mandatory)
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with e-payment platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)
- Knowledge of CA sales tax regulations
