Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Develop and implement efficient financial reporting systems for stakeholders
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal/external examinations
- Monitor cash flow projections and provide actionable financial insights
- Maintain organized digital financial records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
