- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with proactive communication
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow efficiency and early payment discounts
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure compliance with internal controls
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Handle month-end closing activities and financial reporting support
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in mid-to-large organizations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
