Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis for key business units
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Implement process improvements using advanced Excel modeling and ERP systems
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support senior leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
