Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize invoice workflows using SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Manage 1099 vendor compliance and tax documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for payment cycles
- Analyze aging reports to improve cash flow management
- Lead month-end close activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 4+ years AP experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and automation tools
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or APICS preferred
- Proven success in high-volume processing environments
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
