Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing, including invoice verification, coding, and payment execution
- Vendor reconciliation and dispute resolution with 98%+ accuracy targets
- Month-end closing support with AP reconciliations and accrual management
- Process optimization initiatives using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Compliance adherence to SOX controls and financial regulations
- Stakeholder collaboration with procurement, treasury, and audit teams
- Reporting on KPIs including DSO and payment cycle metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with multi-state vendor management
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- ERP expertise (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven remote work capabilities with self-discipline
