Responsibilities
- End-to-end invoice processing, verification, and payment execution
- Vendor relationship management and dispute resolution
- Month-end closing support with reconciliations and reporting
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite and Concur platforms
- Compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Process expense reports and corporate card reconciliations
- Lead process improvement initiatives for AP efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Concur, and Excel
- SAP implementation experience preferred
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
