Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments and vendor reconciliations
- Implement AP process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Conduct audits for expense compliance and fraud prevention
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor contract terms
- Maintain accurate financial records and audit trails
- Train junior staff on AP best practices and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with ERP proficiency
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
