- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain updated AP aging reports
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using NetSuite
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Train junior AP staff on best practices and compliance standards
- Implement process improvements to reduce cycle times
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international vendors
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration
