Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Optimize invoice reconciliation and 3-way matching procedures
- Lead month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Conduct vendor audits and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on cash flow optimization
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience with multi-state payment processing (AZ/NC focus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
