Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment processes to maximize discounts and ensure timely disbursements
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment inquiries
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP workflows
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Generate monthly AP reports for financial analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Experience with 3-way matching and vendor management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
