Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Oversee expense report auditing and reimbursement processing
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize payment terms
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP
- Implement automation tools to enhance efficiency
- Train junior AP staff on procedures and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance requirements
- Proven experience in process optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Experience with high-volume payment processing
