Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, payment authorization, and vendor reconciliation
- Optimize payment processes using SAP and Oracle ERP systems to reduce processing time by 20%
- Conduct 3-way matching for high-volume transactions and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies and vendor terms
- Prepare month-end close reports and support external audits with documentation
- Implement process improvements using automation tools like Coupa or Tipalti
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and SOX compliance procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and error detection
- Experience implementing AP process improvements using automation tools
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced fintech environment with competing priorities
