Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, validation, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to resolve payment issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Generate AP reports for monthly close and financial analysis
- Maintain accurate vendor master data in ERP systems
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
