Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize payment workflows
- Prepare monthly AP reports and assist with month-end closing
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with high-volume payment processing
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) certification preferred
