Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement and maintain AP automation systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP)
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor payment terms optimization
- Lead month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Train junior AP staff on compliance and system protocols
- Conduct internal audits to ensure SOX compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in tech/finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with 3-way matching and tax compliance (CA)
- Proven success implementing AP automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
