Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize invoice processing workflow using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor payment terms negotiation
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP efficiency
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and international payments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for vendor negotiations
