- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Optimize payment cycles using NetSuite and SAP systems
- Lead month-end closing processes for AP department
- Implement process improvements to reduce invoice processing time
- Train junior AP staff on compliance procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite/SAP ERP systems
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and compliance standards
- Proven track record in process optimization
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing vendor disputes and negotiations
- Strong Excel and data visualization capabilities
