Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage 3-way matching, purchase orders, and approvals for 500+ vendors
- Optimize AP workflows using Oracle NetSuite and Concur systems
- Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards
- Lead month-end closing activities and provide AP analytics to finance leadership
- Develop process improvements reducing invoice processing time by 20%
- Collaborate with procurement and tax teams for compliance audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years AP experience
- Expertise in Oracle NetSuite, Concur, and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- AP certification (CAPP) or CPA preferred
- Experience managing vendor relationships and resolving disputes
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
