Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile monthly statements and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize vendor payment terms and negotiate discounts
- Implement and maintain AP automation systems
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Analyze spending patterns and recommend cost-saving measures
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with 3-way matching and PO validation
- Knowledge of sales tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
