Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile POs, invoices, and payment discrepancies
- Optimize invoice workflow using NetSuite ERP
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP
- Conduct vendor statement audits and payment negotiations
- Implement AP automation initiatives
- Train junior AP staff on SOPs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years AP expertise with high-volume processing
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP
- Expert in 3-way matching and compliance protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Experience with AP automation tools (e.g., Tipalti)
