Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with precision and timeliness
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies through proactive communication
- Manage payment cycles including ACH, wire transfers, and check disbursements
- Collaborate with procurement and departments to resolve billing issues
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation for audits
- Analyze payment trends and suggest process optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
- Proven experience in high-volume invoice processing
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
