Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 200+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Optimize invoice workflows using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Coordinate with procurement teams to resolve payment disputes
- Implement process improvements to reduce cycle time by 15%
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven track record of reducing payment processing errors
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
