Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment cycles using NetSuite and SAP systems
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure compliance with policies
- Analyze vendor data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare month-end closing reports and AP reconciliations
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and SAP ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage high-volume payment processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
