Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual financial reviews
- Maintain detailed financial records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Proven track record of implementing process automation solutions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing vendor relationships and dispute resolution
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls
