Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing.
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve any billing discrepancies or outstanding queries.
- Maintain and update the vendor master database within our ERP system (SAP/Oracle).
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end close tasks, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice disputes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and GAAP accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or BlackLine) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, and internal controls.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
