Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors using NetSuite ERP
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Oversee expense report auditing and reimbursement processing
- Analyze aging reports and implement process optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms and payment terms
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with procurement-to-pay cycles
- Professional certification (e.g., CAPP, APFC) preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
