- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Prepare month-end closing reports and assist with audits
- Train junior AP staff on best practices and system protocols
- Analyze payment trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience managing vendor relationships and dispute resolution
