Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payment within Net 30 terms
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements with zero-error tolerance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly SOX compliance reviews
- Optimize AP workflows using automation tools like Coupa or Tipalti
- Mentor junior AP staff and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven success with SOX compliance and audit preparation
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing international vendor payments and FX conversions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
